Persepctive

This is what the Lord says-your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: "I am the Lord your God, who teaches you what is best for you, who directs you in the way you should go."  Isaiah 48:17

Living in the country, your daily experiences are much different than city life.  They are definitely a whole lot slower!  Whether you are waiting for the farmer to get his cow out of the road, a tractor to trod slowly to the next field or school buses to stop at every driveway, you just need to be patient.  It takes some getting use to for many transplants.
This trailer was in front of us the other day.  Watching, with the load directly in front of us, all we knew for sure was that there were three big bales of hay, hopefully hanging on to that trailer.  Then the blinker signaled a right turn and my husband, who has trucking experience, exhaled a slow "Whoa" ...steady as she goes.  Our perspectives, of the load, totally changed.

I know that the Lord is great, that our Lord is greater than all the gods.  Psalm 135:5

The closer we get to Jesus, the grander He becomes.  His load of creation and all mankind is phenomenal and his skill level surpasses all. I find often in life it helps to look at things from our heavenly Father's perspective.  The Creator of the universe longs for all his creations to eventually come home.

Have you ever returned a lost item to someone?  The enthusiasm and appreciation shown of their face makes it worth the effort.  I think God appreciates all our efforts to show the lost the way back to Him!

For this son of mine was dead and is alive again' he was lost and is found. So they began to celebrate.
Luke 15:24
