Give Me a K

Wild turkeys!

Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion,
kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
Colossians 3:12
November 28
We don't know what a day has held or what is on its way.  The kindness we show to another may turn out to be a life preserver, a ray of hope, or a thread to hold on to.
Over and over again God supplies our needs. Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 9:10-12 of how the enriching of our lives should spill out as generosity on every occasion, and thus be an act of thanksgiving to God.

Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of see and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.  You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God.  This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.
