"E" is for Exquisit

"E" is for elephant.

How exquisite your love, O God! How eager we are to run under your wings, To eat our fill at the banquet you spread as you fill our tankards with Eden spring water. You're a fountain of cascading
light, and you open our eyes to light. Psalm 36:7-9

How often do we stop to consider the unexplainable love of God?  There is nothing of greater worth in our lives.

1 John 3:1-3 states:
What marvelous love the Father has extended to us! Just look at it—we're called children of God! That's who we really are. But that's also why the world doesn't recognize us or take us seriously, because it has no idea who he is or what he's up to.But friends, that's exactly who we are: children of God. And that's only the beginning. Who knows how we'll end up! What we know is that when Christ is openly revealed, we'll see him—and in seeing him, become like him. All of us who look forward to his Coming stay ready, with the glistening purity of Jesus' life as a model for our own.

Those are words of affirmation to the believer!

The "e" list of affirming words are some of my favorites...enthusiastic, energetic,  effective entertaining.  Tell someone they are earnestly engaging as they offer an empathetic ear! The equipping of such traits is available to all, all who are willing to be filled by the Holy Spirit and accept God's exquisite love.  For when we are filled up by Him we have much more to offer others.
