Sunset Boat Rides

What a way to end the day. Our old pontoon boat has been ever so faithful to us for many years now.
We can remember as youngsters making fun of people who cruised slowly along on a pontoon. Now it's our happy place! There is something so peaceful about putting away the dinner dishes, bathing the grands and donning their pjs and heading out to watch the sunset.
There is always something new to see out on the lake or up in the sky. One day there will be a New Jerusalem and sunset cruises will not exist.
"And the city has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it,
for the glory of God has illumined it, and its lamp is the Lamb."
Revelation 21:23
