#1 Stone of remembering the past.
David remembered the strength God had given him against lions and bear. Remember his miracles and all his wonders and his fair decisions. I Chronicles 16:12
#2 Stone of Prayer
Be good to me, God- and now I’ve run to you for dear life. I’m hiding out under your wings until the hurricane blows over. I call out to High God-the God who holds me together. Psalm 57:1-2
God will keep in perfect peace all who trust in Him. Those whose minds are fixed on Him. Isaiah 26:3
#3 Stone of Priority
David was willing to give his life for the reputation of God. See 1 Samuel 17:46-47
#4 Stone of Passion
Overthinking your problem doesn’t help. Emphasize the Lord.
As Goliath moved closer to attack, David quickly ran out to meet him. 1 Samuel 17:48
#5 Stone of persistence.
David took 5 stones! Never give up. One prayer may not be enough. Keep swinging the sling.
