Exceedingly Abundantly

Boo thought: What a powerful testimonial coming from Joni Tada, who is paralyzed. She has seen God do abundantly more with her broken body than she could have ever imagined. Through the process of how He has expanded his Spirit that pours out of her, she sacrifices her time and talents to travel and encourage a hurting world.
Bethany Hamilton, the young 14 year old surfer, whose arm was bitten off, is another example of God on the job! Her book Soul Surfer is an excellent read on faith and going with God.

Standing in the grocery check out aisle our eyes can always fall upon a diet tip tempting us to peek inside a magazine, beholding the newest solution to look better!

We all need friends, like Paul was to the Ephesians, who put the Word before us in the form of a prayer that will make us feel better! Yes, words that lavish God's abundant love upon us.


Allow me to pray his prayer over you today: Ephesians 3:14-19
For this reason I kneel before the Father, for whom his whole family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with powers through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.

And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge- that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
