To Be...What Love Is

When she licks ice cream her dimples pop out!

August 15

Some of the grands and I have had a wonderful time studying Corinthians this summer. Last week we learned a lot about love.

"Love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud or rude. Love isn't selfish or quick tempered.
It doesn't keep a record of wrongs that others do. Love rejoices in the truth, but not in evil.  Love is always supportive, loyal, hopeful, and trusting. Love never fails!"  1 Corinthians 13:4-8

Placing this verse in our hearts has been a great "trigger tool."  As a parent/grandparent when you see less than loving behavior popping out you can simply pull the reminder trigger..."God commands us to love one another. What is love?"

It's a great grown-up, self check reminder trigger as well.
